Spiritual Care
Sometimes what your heart needs isn’t counseling—it’s soul-deep connection, spiritual guidance, and a space to grow in your walk with God.
Spiritual Care is a dedicated space for Christian discipleship and spiritual formation. It’s not therapy—it’s an intentional journey of deepening your faith, nurturing your relationship with God, and exploring the rhythms and practices that help you live rooted in His presence.
You don’t have to be in crisis to seek spiritual care. Maybe you’re longing for more intimacy with God. Maybe your faith feels dry or distant. Or maybe you just want to be intentional about growing in spiritual maturity. Wherever you find yourself, you’re invited to come as you are.
Spiritual Care might be right for you, if…
You’re seeking guidance in your faith walk or want to deepen your connection with God.
You’re curious about spiritual formation, prayer, or listening for God's voice.
You want accountability or support in your discipleship journey.
You're not in distress, but want to grow in spiritual maturity.
Which is right for me — Spiritual Care or Counseling?
Spiritual Care
Individual Counseling
Counseling might be right for you, if…
You’re experiencing mental health symptoms like anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief.
You’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope.
You need structured, evidence-based tools for emotional healing.
You need help navigating relational or behavioral patterns.
What to Expect
Spiritual Care sessions focus on your relationship with God and your ongoing spiritual growth. These sessions may include:
Discerning God’s voice and will in your life
Developing personal spiritual practices (prayer, breathwork, Scripture meditation, silence)
Exploring your spiritual gifts and identity in Christ
Processing seasons of spiritual dryness, doubt, or transition
Reflecting on what it means to abide in Christ daily (John 15:4–5)
While I bring the same care, presence, and discernment to these conversations as I do to counseling, Spiritual Care is not a clinical service. It does not involve diagnosis, treatment planning, or mental health interventions. Instead, it is a spiritually focused space designed for growth in Christ.

“Spiritual Life is the life that integrates us with the Life of God.”
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
